How to Use Release Manager
Go to your Quack AI account and in the Training Center select the AI Agent you want to release.
In the Training Panel, click Release Manager in the top-right corner.
Add or remove the topics you want this agent to handle.
If the Tone of Voice brief was updated, review it before release.
For tickets, apply advanced filters to fine-tune the ticket Quack will process.
Click Release to push changes live.

Release Manager is configured per agent: make sure you update settings for each agent individually based on their scope and purpose.
