Allowing Image Analysis for AI Agents
Analyze Images with Quack AI
Quack AI now supports image analysis in Live Chat, Emails, and Webforms. To enable image uploads:
Go to: Settings > Configurations
Turn on: Allow Upload File Before Escalation
Once enabled, users can upload images—such as screenshots, SOP diagrams, or forms—directly into their conversations. Quack will analyze the uploaded image and provide a description, context, and answers based on the image content.
You can add briefs, prerequisites, or instructions to guide Quack on how to interpret images for specific topics.
