Overview

AI Agent Coach lets Quack admins train their AI Agents more easily and effectively. With this feature, you can get deeper insights into why Quack responds a certain way, give direct feedback, and even help Quack resolve contradictions in knowledge. AI Agent Coach also enables Quack to ask follow-up questions, so you can refine its performance on the spot.

How to Use AI Agent Coach

  • Preview in Chat:
    Click "Preview in Chat" to see how Quack would respond with your proposed change before actually applying it. This helps you test adjustments safely.

  • Save Changes:
    Click "Save Changes" to apply your suggested improvements. Your AI Agent will immediately use the updated information.

    Examples:

Limitations

  • Does not delete instructions.
