Knowledge Management - Snippets
Rethinking Knowledge Management at Quack AI
We're transforming how teams manage knowledge because the old way no longer works.
Traditional methods force you to write and consume content the same way. At Quack AI, we separate knowledge creation from knowledge consumption to make everything faster, smarter, and more flexible.
How It Works
From the left hand side menu, click on Snippets.
Write Snippets, Not Articles:
Instead of drafting full-length articles, teams capture knowledge in concise snippets.Verify, Don’t Just Publish:
Snippets move from draft to verified status. No more juggling article versions, just confirm snippets as they’re ready.Dynamic Knowledge Hub:
Verified snippets power your company’s Knowledge Hub. Users get personalized, AI-generated articles tailored to their needs.
💡 Pro Tip: The more verified snippets you have, the more precise and helpful your AI-generated answers will be.
AI-Powered, Personalized Answers
The Quack AI Agents and Knowledge Hub use your verified snippets to create smarter, more personalized answers for your customers.
When a user asks a question, the system pulls from your library of verified snippets.
The AI generates custom responses based on the most relevant, up-to-date knowledge.
Each customer sees answers tailored to their specific needs and context.
This means faster, more accurate support for your customers, and less manual work for your team.
Versioning
Knowledge management uses two statuses:
Draft: Work-in-progress, not yet used by AI agents.
Verified: Approved and ready for use. The Knowledge Hub and AI agents can now provide answers using these snippets.
