Using Quack AI Agents in Slack
You can now integrate, train, and release Quack’s AI Agents directly into your Slack workspace. This unlocks a fully autonomous support experience inside the channels where your teams already collaborate.
What You Can Do with the Slack Integration
Integrate your Slack workspace
Connect Slack to Quack from Settings: Integrations: Slack. Once connected, you can select which channels Agents can join and respond in.
Deploy AI Agents into channels
Add @Quack to any public Slack channel. From there, you can assign an AI Agent to handle questions, or take actions using your existing skills and workflows.
Train the Agent
Slack Agents can be trained from the training panel. Skills can also be added. You can add skills from the Agent Overview page and train the Slack Agent to apply those skills in context.

Continue conversations in threads
The Agent doesn't just answer the first message. It follows the full discussion inside the thread, keeping context across the conversation and escalating when needed.
Full visibility in Explore
All Slack interactions appear in Explore with channel type Slack, allowing your team to:
• review accuracy and coverage
• score and retrain the Agent via AutoQA
• identify patterns using Trackers
• refine briefs, logic, and prerequisites
This uses the same learning loop that trains Quack’s AI Agents across every channel, enabling continuous improvement over time.
Notes
The Agent works only in public Slack channels.
Quack must be a member of the channel to respond.
Users must directly mention @Quack to trigger a response.
