The AI Copilot Dashboard helps you monitor how your team interacts with Quack’s Copilot in real time. It provides a clear view of usage patterns, agent feedback, and the Copilot’s overall impact on support quality.
Access the AI Copilot Dashboard
To get started:
Go to the Copilot Usage section from the right-side main menu.
You’ll see a live snapshot of how agents are using the Copilot - how often it’s assisting, and what kind of feedback it’s receiving.
Understand the Three Key Components
1. Usage Overview
This section displays:
Total number of tickets where Copilot was used
Daily breakdown of Copilot usage
Amount and percentage of positive feedback received
💡 Pro Tip: Use this view to track adoption rates and identify usage trends over time.
2. Feedback Summary
Here, you’ll find:
Counts of positive, neutral, and negative feedback
A visual breakdown to quickly gauge overall sentiment
This helps you understand how well the AI is performing across all agent interactions.
3. Ticket-Level Feedback Table
This qualitative table offers deeper insight into:
Each ticket’s number and topic
The agent’s feedback
Any additional comments left by the agent
Use this view to explore specific interactions and uncover coaching opportunities or pattern-level insights.
