Overview

Global instructions let admins set rules or guidance that apply to all topics at once. You can add and manage global instructions directly from the Training Panel for a streamlined experience.

Step-by-Step: Adding Global Instructions

1. Go to the Training Panel in your Quack AI dashboard.

2. In the Topics list on the left, select All Topics.

3. On the right-side panel, click the Global Instructions button.

4. Enter your global instruction in the field provided.

5. Click Save to apply the instruction across all topics.

💡 Pro Tip: Use global instructions to set important policies or guidelines that you want included in every response, instead of repeating them in each custom tone prompt.

Important Note

Global instructions are only visible and editable from the All Topics view. You will not see them listed within individual topic settings.
