Install and Use Quack AI Copilot in Your Ticketing System
Quack AI Copilot is your AI-powered assistant that helps support teams work faster and respond smarter. It lives directly inside your ticketing system, providing real-time suggestions, auto-drafted replies, and conversation insights, right where your agents work.
Follow the steps below to install the Copilot extension and start using it from the widget section in your ticketing system.
Step 1: Install the Quack AI Copilot Chrome Extension
Go to the Quack AI Copilot extension page on the Chrome Web Store.
Click Add to Chrome.
Confirm by selecting Add Extension in the pop-up.
Once installed, you’ll see the Quack AI icon in your Chrome toolbar.
💡 Pro Tip: Pin the Copilot icon in your Chrome toolbar for quick access.
Step 2: Open Your Ticketing System
Navigate to your ticketing platform in Chrome.
Open any ticket.
Quack AI Copilot will automatically detect supported platforms and activate when a ticket is open.

Note: Copilot starts working only on tickets created or updated after it’s installed.
Step 3: Use Copilot from the Widget Section
Look for the Quack Copilot widget in the sidebar or widget section of your ticketing system.
Click to open the widget.
Start using your Copilot to get AI-powered suggestions and improve your agents’ efficiency.
Troubleshooting
If you don’t see the widget:
Make sure the extension is installed and you’re logged in.
Refresh your ticketing system page.
Ensure that Copilot is included in your plan and enabled for your account.
