How to Test Your Quack AI Agent Before Going Live

After training your ticket or chat agent, it’s essential to test how well it handles real-world questions before going live. Quack AI provides two features to help you do this with confidence:

  • Live Test for Ticket Agents

  • See it in Action for Chat Agents

    Live Test for Ticket Agents

    The Live Test feature lets you preview how your agent responds to real customer tickets. Use it to fine-tune your training before releasing your agent.

    How to Use Live Test

    1. Go to the Training panel in your Quack AI dashboard.

    2. Select a topic you want to test.

    3. In the right panel, find the Live Test option for that ticket.

    4. Click Start to begin testing.

    5. Review how Quack responds:

      • Rate the response: Mark it as Good or Needs improvement.

      • Add feedback: If it needs work, describe what’s missing or unclear. This helps trainers refine the model.

      • Confirm good answers: Quack learns from positive ratings automatically.

    6. Move to the next ticket and repeat as needed.

After Testing

  • Return to the Training panel.

  • Tickets marked for retraining will appear automatically.

  • Click any ticket to update training as usual.

See it in Action for Chat Agents

The See it in Action feature allows you to chat directly with your trained agent — just like your customers will.

How to Use See it in Action

  1. Go to the Training panel and select your chat agent.

  2. Click Configurations.

  3. Under the Install section, open the See it in Action tab.

  4. Click to launch the chat widget in a new tab.

  5. Start a conversation to test live interactions.

    • Quack answers using the latest released version.

    • Test multiple topics and edge cases to evaluate performance.
